Concentric sound-wave arcs and equalizer bars in lime and coral on a dark background

Rehearse, price and plan every sales call.

Before a voice AI makes the call: time the script, write the opener, then price and plan. For sales leaders, SDR managers and founders. Free in early access, in your browser.

Call Desk

Opening line: Opener Writer, live

Describe who you are calling and what you sell. You get three openers of two sentences or less, each ending in a low-pressure question. Objection Coach and Call Recap are on the Call Desk.

Do not enter personal data. AI output may be wrong; check before use.

Objection: know the rules of the road

Short guides on the moments that decide a call. General information, not legal advice. For objection replies, try the Objection Coach.

  • Openers and talk-to-listen

A good opener gives one reason for the call in about 15 seconds, then asks a question the prospect can answer easily.

    • State who you are and why you are calling in one sentence.
    • Keep each turn under 30 seconds; Pace Studio flags longer ones.
    • Aim for the prospect talking about as much as you do after the opener.
  • Consent and disclosure basics

Rules for recording, automated calling and AI voices differ by country and state. This is general information, not legal advice; check the rules that apply to you.

    • Say early that the call may be recorded, if it is.
    • Tell people when they are speaking with an AI voice.
    • Respect do-not-call requests and quiet hours straight away.
  • Handing off from AI to a human

The handoff is where most pilots lose the lead. Decide the triggers before the first live call.

    • Hand off on a booked meeting, a pricing question or a clear frustration cue.
    • Pass the call recap and the next action with the lead.
    • Offer a human option at any point on the call.

Price and follow up

Before you automate, model the cost and plan the touches.

Cost per booked meetingExample inputs: 80 dials a day, 12% connect rate, 8% meeting rate, $60,000 salary, $0.12 per AI minute. Open the Cost Model to change them; your own inputs show here. Illustrative, not a forecast.

Why this workbench exists

Problem
B2B teams are pitched voice AI agents for sales calls, but few can say what a script sounds like at speed, what a call really costs against a human rep, or how calls fit a follow-up cadence. Teams buy blind and pilots stall.
Solution
A pre-flight workbench: rehearse scripts at a target pace, model cost per booked meeting, lay out multi-touch cadences and use focused AI helpers, all before any live calling.
Product
Pace Studio, Cost Model, Cadence Board and the Call Desk with three AI tasks. Data stays in your browser.
Business model
The tools are free in early access and build trust and search traffic. Revenue comes from paid team workspaces with shared scripts and cadences, higher AI limits and a voice AI sales agent add-on.
Vision
To become the standard place where sales teams design, test and price voice conversations before they automate them, then grow into a CRM-connected voice AI for sales and project follow-through.
